Sunrise
The train that tooted all night long!
At the Four Seasons Resort (not exactly a resort)
Yellowstone Hot Springs Campground
Perfect location, just north of Gardner.
The Log Cabin Cafe in Silver Gate
Where service takes forever, but the food is so good, who cares?
The R-Pod Storage bin--a bit small
The khaki bag contains the black water hoses etc. Kathy was in charge of that one. The other bins contain the drill (that hit me) an air pressure item for tires, chock, mallets, etc. Easy to reach. The green item is a tent that can be attached to the pod but we never used it.
Seedy little campground (grandly named Four Seasons Resort) on tiny Sprague Lake in Washington state. Sufficient for our needs (sleep and electricity for air conditioning) even if trains pass within 150 yards on the hour. 😁 This morning it offered me a close up view of White Pelicans fishing, gliding, and dipping like ballet dancers.
Flathead's Crystal Clear Water
"Flathead Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in the western US (by surface area) outside of Alaska. Lake Tahoe has more water than Flathead because it is significantly deeper (nearly 1650 ft vs. 380 ft). The Great Salt Lake in Utah is significantly larger than Flathead but is salt, not fresh water. And there are numerous larger man-made reservoirs."
